After a decent run that has seen several VLCCs, suezmax tankers and capesize bulkers beached, Pakistan endured an overall quieter week with no market sales to speak of.

Despite the 100 plus vessels that have beached recentlv in India, Gadani buyers have still been there to take their share of the tonnage at competitive levels particularly those tankers not cleaned gas free for hot works.

For the right vessels of a decent size there remain one or two open and keen buyers for all other types such as reefers, smaller general cargo bulker types and all other MPP container vessels, the market continues to be India.
