The hunt for a buyer for subsidiaries of the Swedish group Karlit, which filed for bankruptcy on 6 August 2012, has ended unsuccessfully in the case of the furniture and furniture parts producers Kadax Produktion and Dax Door Produktion. The Swedish branch of the industrial auction firm Troostwijk Veilingen then sold the assets of Dax Door in an online auction that ran from 15 November to 4 December 2012. The items for sale included a CNC machining centre made by Homag Group, an edgebanding gluing machine made by Cefla Finishing Group and three double-end profilers made by Delmac and Friulmac. Troostwijk reported that most of the machinery had been sold during the auction. Smaller machinery and components left over from the auction are being sold individually.
