Characteristics of ball mill:
This ball mill consists of feeding part, discharging part, rotating part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electrical control) and other important parts. The quill shaft uses cast steel. Inside lining can be changed. Rotating big gear is processed by casting hobbing. Wear-resisting liner is installed in the tube body, which has well wear resistance.

Notice of installation and maintenance:
1 The lubricating oil flown into the bearing must be clean and sealing must be well.
2 The fresh-installation tyre always becomes flexible, so it needs to be checked frequently.
3 Notice that whether each section of equipment operates normally.
4 Inspect abrasion degree of easy wear part and replace the worn part in time.
5 Clear out the barrier at surface where the under-frame of movable device is installed to avoid that the movable bearing could not move.
6 Immediately stop and inspect reason when oil temperature of bearing raises.
7 If there is impulsive sound when rotating gear works, user should stop and inspect immediately to eliminate safety hidden danger.
